About the Role

We’re looking for someone who loves building products and solving real-world problems. As the Founding Product & Technology Lead (Co-Founder Opportunity), you’ll work closely with the founder to turn complex manufacturing and sourcing challenges into simple, scalable software solutions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape the product, make key technology decisions, build the first versions of the platform, and explore how AI and automation can improve the way manufacturing works. If you enjoy creating products from scratch, moving fast, and having a meaningful impact from day one, we’d love to connect.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founder to define and execute the product vision and roadmap.
• Translate operational challenges into simple, scalable software solutions.
• Build and launch MVPs rapidly while continuously improving the user experience.
• Lead product decisions, technology architecture, and feature prioritization.
• Explore and implement AI and automation opportunities across operational workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, interns, and stakeholders to drive product execution.
• Gather user feedback and turn insights into meaningful product improvements.
• Help build the technology and product culture of Ecostel as the company scales.

Compensation:
