Founding UX Designer | 0→1 Product Opportunity Full Time

Founding UX Designer responsible for shaping product experience from the ground up in a true 0→1 environment. Role focuses on transforming early-stage ideas into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and product ecosystems.

This role goes beyond screens and wireframes. It requires someone who can think through product flows, simplify complexity, and help define how users interact with evolving products from the earliest stages.

Role Focus Areas

• End-to-end user experience design across product journeys
• Building scalable design foundations in a greenfield environment
• Translating product concepts into intuitive user experiences

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during product development
• Shape user experience strategy across early-stage product initiatives
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and engagement
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Establish foundational design systems and interaction patterns
• Ensure consistency across interfaces, interactions, and visual experiences
• Iterate rapidly based on product direction, feedback, and experimentation

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design roles

Preferred Background

• Experience working in startups or greenfield product environments
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI products, or workflow-driven systems
• Familiarity with design systems and rapid product iteration cycles
• Understanding of frontend implementation and responsive design principles
