As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced GTM professional who can help us establish repeatable customer acquisition channels, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced GTM leader, business development professional, agency growth expert, or startup operator to join us as a Fractional GTM Partner.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero to one and wants meaningful upside through revenue share and equity participation.
What You’ll Own
* Define and execute GTM strategy
* Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
* Drive founder-led and sales-led growth initiatives
* Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers
* Create and optimize sales funnels
* Develop partnerships and referral channels
* Help refine positioning, messaging, and pricing
* Build a predictable pipeline and revenue engine
Key Responsibilities
* LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
* Personalized cold outreach campaigns
* Account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
* Lead generation and qualification
* Pipeline management and CRM discipline
* Discovery calls and opportunity creation
* Building strategic partnerships
* Creating and testing GTM experiments
* Tracking conversion metrics and funnel performance
Ideal Experience
* 7+ years in GTM, Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Revenue Operations
* Experience selling B2B SaaS, consulting, analytics, marketing technology, UX/CX solutions, or digital transformation services
* Strong expertise in:
* LinkedIn outreach and social selling
* Cold email campaigns
* Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
* Founder-led sales motions
* Partner and channel development
* Outbound pipeline generation
* Sales process design
* Revenue growth strategy
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days:
