Freelance Consultant – Agri Value Chain & Procurement Full Time

Our Client, an American global management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant – Agri Value Chain & Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess end-to-end fruits & vegetables and agri value chains across sourcing, storage, logistics, distribution, and retail channels
• Identify wastages, leakages, quality losses, and operational inefficiencies across the farm-to-table ecosystem
• Recommend interventions to improve procurement quality, yield realization, traceability, and supply reliability
• Drive operational diagnostics through on-ground visits and stakeholder interactions across client operations
• Evaluate trade channels including general trade, modern trade, wholesale, and institutional sales
• Support implementation of process improvements across procurement, inventory flow, and supply chain operations
• Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize cost, quality, and operational efficiency
