We are looking for a Freelance Growth Marketer.
What you will own:
→ Meta and Instagram campaigns : strategy, creative brief, execution
→ WhatsApp and organic demand generation
→ Content that converts : not content that just looks good
→ Bringing in users who genuinely need emotional support or mentorship
What we are looking for:
→ Experience working with a health or wellness startup non-negotiable
→ You understand stigma-sensitive marketing
→ You have run campaigns that brought in real customers, not just followers
→ You are comfortable being accountable to outcomes, not just outputs
What we are offering:
→ ₹10,000 per month + performance bonus tied to sign-ups and sessions
→ Equity stake post funding, we are targeting our Angel round close by July 2026
→ Real ownership of the marketing function not a vendor relationship
→ A product that actually helps people, which makes the work matter
