Freight Dispatcher Full Time

Overview

SKS Transportation Inc. is an established 8-year-old transportation company focused on reliable service, strong driver relationships, and efficient freight operations across the United States. We are currently hiring an experienced and motivated Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate OTR drivers efficiently
• Manage loads, scheduling, and route planning
• Communicate with brokers, shippers, and receivers
• Monitor driver progress and provide updates
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Resolve load issues and support drivers professionally
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
• Negotiate freight rates when needed
• Work closely with safety and operations teams

Requirements

• Previous trucking or dispatch experience preferred
• Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or load boards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HOS and basic FMCSA regulations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Fluent English is Strong requirement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations within our logistics team. WITH AT least 2+ yeras of experience in industry.

The ideal candidate will efficiently manage freight movements, utilize advanced transportation management systems, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining excellent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where strong analysis skills and familiarity with supply chain processes are essential for success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
