Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Forwarder based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Freight Forwarder will manage end-to-end logistics processes, including coordinating freight shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also involve handling freight transportation schedules, managing documentation, and liaising with carriers, clients, and customs authorities to ensure seamless movement of goods.

Qualifications

• Skills in Freight Forwarding, Freight Transportation, and Freight Coordination
• Knowledge of Forwarding and Export processes, including international and domestic regulations
• Proficiency in providing outstanding Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
