Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and hardworking 2026 fresher candidates to join our operations team. The role involves handling warehouse activities, logistics coordination, and supporting metal production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in warehouse operations (inward & outward material handling)
- Maintain stock records and inventory tracking
- Support logistics coordination (dispatch & delivery tracking)
- Assist in production line activities and supervision
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Any Graduate (2026 pass-out)
- Preferred: Mechanical / Production / Logistics background
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or industrial operations
- Physically fit and willing to work in shop floor environment
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry)
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Overtime & shift allowances (if applicable)

- Shift-based (Day / Night shifts)
- Weekly off as per roster
Pay: ₹10,719.87 – ₹35,884.58 per month
