Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
- Maintain attendance records and assist with staff entry/exit tracking (including live location attendance if applicable).
- Handle courier, mail, and other front desk documentation.
- Support HR and admin departments with basic clerical tasks and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
- Ensure that all visitors follow security and access protocols.
