We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage daily front office operations efficiently. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil will be an added advantage. The Front Office Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, maintaining service standards, and creating a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support front desk team members in daily operations Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations Monitor front office reports, records, and shift handovers Train and guide team members to improve performance Support administrative and basic HR-related tasks Handle multitasking and cross-department responsibilities as required Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory) Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil is an added advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in computer operations and hotel management software (PMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Prior experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality supervision is required Experience in resorts or customer handling environments is an added advantage Preference will be given to local candidates to support the local community (other applicants are also welcome) Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
