About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with more than four years of professional experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences. Your expertise in frontend technologies will be crucial in translating design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components that align with our clients’ branding and usability standards. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, backend developers, and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles to ensure intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Experience working with APIs, particularly RESTful services, for seamless integration with backend systems.
• Familiarity with image editing and optimization tools such as Photoshop or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 support environment, including rotational shifts, to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Exposure to CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore, with experience supporting and maintaining CMS-driven websites.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js for understanding backend interactions and enhancing frontend capabilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, support-driven environments with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, demonstrating resilience and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces that provide optimal user experiences across devices and browsers.
• Translate detailed design concepts into pixel-perfect UI components, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services through APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Perform image optimization and basic editing tasks to enhance visual content and improve load times.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot issues related to performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Support and maintain CMS-driven web applications, with a focus on platforms like Sitecore, to ensure ongoing stability and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards and facilitate knowledge sharing.
