About Job

Role: Software Development Engineer I (Frontend)

Joveo is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer I (Frontend) to join our dynamic, expanding Engineering team in Hyderabad. Modern JavaScript and React are at the core of Joveo’s product development, and we leverage modern frontend tooling to build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

As an SDE I, you will focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern React principles. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and product teams to bring user-facing features to life. This role is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career, build a strong technical foundation, and help us push the boundaries of web applications.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in front-end development (this can include strong internships or a robust portfolio of personal projects).
• Modern React Focus: Solid foundation in React.js and component-driven architecture. You should be highly comfortable with functional components, state management, and modern React patterns.
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with current frontend build tools and ecosystems (moving beyond legacy setups).
• Core Web Tech: Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with the ability to build responsive UIs.
• Performance Mindset: A basic understanding of web delivery, browser rendering, and frontend optimization techniques.
