Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative, autonomous, and agile Full Stack Digital Marketer who can singlehandedly conceptualize, execute, and scale marketing campaigns from the ground up. You are a digital alchemist, blending data driven strategy with bold, out of the box creative execution. The ideal candidate has an incredibly creative bent of mind, a deep understanding of current social media algorithms, and the technical know how to automate workflows and leverage AI for stunning visual and written content generation. Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Autonomous Execution: Manage multiple high impact projects singlehandedly, taking full ownership from strategic conceptualization to daily hands on execution and performance tracking.
• AI & Visual Content Creation: Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Firefly) to rapidly prototype, produce, and scale thumb stopping visual content, dynamic ad creatives, and compelling copy.
• Social Media & Trend Capitalization: Act as the brand’s cultural trend spotter. Leverage a deep understanding of what is currently working on social media to make quick, agile decisions, capitalize on real time viral moments, and shape the digital conversation.
• Organic Brand Building & Storytelling: Build, scale, and differentiate our brand organically online through immersive storytelling, unique brand identity development, and high engagement, shareable content marketing.
• Workflow Automation: Implement marketing automation strategies (using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, etc.) to streamline repetitive tasks, maximize efficiency, and scale your creative output.
• Paid Media & SEO Optimization: Manage and optimize SEO efforts and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive high intent traffic, improve search rankings, and skyrocket conversions.
• App Marketing & Lead Generation: Create innovative strategies to market mobile apps and drive user acquisition, while also planning hyper personalized email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build customer loyalty.
• Data Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and pivot strategies quickly based on actionable insights. Partner with clients to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands on experience as a Full Stack Digital Marketer (or similar role), with a strong portfolio showcasing highly creative advertising campaigns, brand development, and visual content.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to operate independently, make quick strategic pivots, and manage complex projects singlehandedly.
• AI & Automation Mastery: High proficiency in AI driven design/marketing tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Platform Expertise: Deep, intuitive understanding of modern social media algorithms, viral mechanics, and organic community building.
• Technical Marketing Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and hands on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, etc.
• Creative Mindset: Exceptional eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling, successfully merging aesthetics with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with video marketing, influencer collaborations, and short form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Experience with out of the box digital formats like interactive content, guerilla digital marketing, or gamified user experiences.
• A relentless drive to experiment with new digital tools and growth hacking techniques.
