Full Stack IT Developer / Tech Lead Full Time NEW

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on core IT professional who can independently manage and develop mobile applications, websites, and IT infrastructure (domain, hosting, servers). This role requires someone who can own the entire tech ecosystem end-to-end.

Application Development

• Design and develop mobile applications (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
• Maintain, update, and optimize existing apps
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

Website Development & Management

• Develop and manage company websites (frontend + backend)
• Handle UI/UX improvements and SEO basics
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools

Domain & Hosting Management

• Manage domain registration, DNS, SSL certificates
• Deploy and maintain websites on hosting platforms (AWS, cPanel, VPS, etc.)
• Monitor uptime, backups, and server performance

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Set up and manage email servers, cloud storage, and internal tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues across systems
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices

Vendor & Tech Coordination

• Coordinate with external developers or vendors if required
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for business growth

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Knowledge of: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular
• Backend: Node.js / PHP / Python
• Mobile App Development: Flutter / React Native / Native Android (Java/Kotlin) / iOS (Swift)
• Database Management: MySQL, MongoDB
• Hosting & Cloud: AWS / Google Cloud / Azure / cPanel / VPS
• Domain & Server: DNS, SSL, FTP, CDN, email configuration

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Someone who can work independently without heavy supervision
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tech areas (developer + IT admin)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
