Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Indore. The Accountant will manage financial transactions and records, prepare and file GST returns, handle payroll and TDS filings, oversee income tax compliance, and manage ESIC and EPF-related tasks. The role also involves preparing annual income tax returns, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate and efficient bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Experience in GST compliance, return filing (e.g., GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-9), and GST registration
• Knowledge of Income Tax filing, TDS management, and payroll processing
• Familiarity with ESIC, EPF regulations, and company incorporations (e.g., LLP, Private Limited, MSME)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in audits and corporate compliance is a plus
