Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer – Functional Testing- to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Perform functional and automation testing for insurance applications.
- Validate Risk and Liability calculations.
- Test Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) and Solvency Ratio calculations.
- Work on Java-based applications in AWS/Cloud environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and automation scripts.
- Support regression, integration, and system testing.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Functional and Automation Testing.
- Strong experience in Risk and Liability calculations testing.
- Knowledge of Solvency Capital Requirements and Solvency Ratio calculations.
- Experience in Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with Java applications.
- Experience working in AWS/Cloud environments.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD.
- API and database testing knowledge.
- Exposure to DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
