Functional Business Analyst Full Time

Role : Business Functional Analyst

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 2-6 Yrs

Key responsibilities may include:

• 2 to 6 Years of experience using ERP
• Ability to Understanding client’s business processes and mapping them with ERP functionality
• Documenting client requirements and coordinating with different internal groups for resolution and Root Cause Analysis.

Required Skills:

• Handling client queries, tickets and change requests. Understand the issue and take appropriate action analyzing tickets and provide functional solution or discuss and assign it to solution team.
• Experienced in requirement gathering & estimation.
• Coordinate with QA & needs to be Proactive in resolving defects.
• Work in Agile Env.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
• Participating in solution CR testing, pre and post go live sanity testing.
• Providing functional KT to various internal teams.
