Functional Product Analyst (AA) – India Full Time

As a Functional Product Analyst (AA), you will support analysis, configuration, and delivery activities across AA Retail, AA Deposits, and AA Loans in the Temenos T24 core banking system. You will interpret business requirements, work directly with users, and contribute to implementation projects through strong functional expertise.

Job Requirements

• Apply more than ten years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Temenos T24 core banking system.
• Use strong functional domain knowledge across AA Retail, AA Deposits, and AA Loans.
• Contribute to implementation projects in user facing roles.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Apply strong project management skills to support structured delivery.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within delivery teams.

Additional Skills (Advantageous)

• Experience with T24 interfaces and third party system integration such as screen changes and inquiry generation.
• Understanding of test automation practices.
• Knowledge of T24 architecture, version upgrades, and update processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Experience

• You have at least ten years of experience working as a T24 Business Analyst.
• You have experience supporting implementation projects in direct user facing roles.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of AA Retail, AA Deposits, and AA Loans in Temenos T24.
• Understanding of T24 architecture, integration, and customisation.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.

Ways of Working

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured project management and documentation capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
