Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, agents, and business partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including registrations, deposits, turnover, and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and marketing partners.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Handle agent and affiliate communications, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the iGaming, online gaming, or affiliate marketing industry.
- Experience managing affiliates, agents, influencers, or business development activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Telegram, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
