Executive Assistant : Fresher
We are looking for a motivated and organized fresher to support executive activities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and schedules
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, and follow-up trackers
• Support communication between teams and stakeholders
• Help organize documents, data, and project-related information
• Coordinate meetings, events, and occasional travel arrangements
• Handle tasks with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality

Preferred Skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn quickly and work with multiple tasks
• Professional attitude and attention to detail

• Recent graduate with interest in administration, coordination, or executive support
• Comfortable working in a team and handling responsibilities independently
• Willing to learn project tracking, office coordination, and business communication
• Positive mindset and adaptability in a dynamic workplace

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), preferably with a specialization in Operations Management.
