Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra)
- Ownership of high value, enterprise level billing disputes
- Ability to interpret custom enterprise contracts and negotiated pricing
- Deep understanding of quote to cash workflows
- Advanced FinOps expertise across large, multi-account environments
- Strong financial governance, compliance, and approval discipline
- Executive level customer communication capability
- Advanced billing investigation and risk detection skills
- Proven ability to manage million-dollar account exposure
- Bachelors in IT + MBA Finance
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP)
- 3–5 years in Enterprise Billing, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Ops
- CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
Good-to-Have
- Experience with large-scale enterprise ERP systems
- Experience with advanced GCP Billing configurations
