We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Executive / Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our participation in government e-marketplace (GeM) tenders, ensuring compliance, and maximizing our bidding success rate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling GeM portal backend work
• Uploading and updating product/catalog details
• Preparing Quotations and related documents
• GeM Portal Management: Oversee all activities related to the GeM portal, including registration, profile updates, and product listings.
• Tender Identification & Analysis: Proactively search for relevant tenders and opportunities on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to tender specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure all bids and submissions comply with GeM guidelines, government regulations, and tender requirements.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, finance) to gather necessary information and support for bid preparation.
• Post-Bid Activities: Follow up on submitted bids, respond to queries from procurement officers, and manage post-award processes.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on GeM portal changes, new policies, and market trends in government procurement.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all bidding activities, outcomes, and prepare regular reports for management.

Skills Required :

• Basic knowledge of GeM portal preferred
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to work in a systematic manner

Qualification:

• Graduate is required
