General Administrator with HR Background Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal delivery teams and candidates.

This role requires close coordination with the delivery team to understand hiring requirements, drive recruitment activities, ensure quality candidate closures, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Budget/Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panel members.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, documentation, and offer-related activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support business growth by ensuring timely and quality closures.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Experience working closely with delivery teams and handling client-driven requirements will be an added advantage.
