Core Expertise
• We are looking for a seasoned International Marketing Leader to drive the launch and rapid scale-up of our SaaS product suite (Logstar, Enabill, Centra) across Transport & Logistics sector globally.
• This role will own end-to-end international marketing strategy, aggressive demand generation, and revenue contribution, with a strong focus on high-intensity, multi-channel market penetration (“carpet bombing” approach).
• This role will be responsible for building a strong, high-quality marketing pipeline to support the organization’s revenue target of USD 10 Million, through aggressive, multi channel market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
• Define and execute multi-region GTM strategy for International Markets
• Identify priority markets, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and buyer personas
• Drive rapid market coverage with simultaneous multi-channel activation
2. Aggressive Demand Generation & Pipeline Build
• Design and execute high-volume, high-velocity demand generation campaigns
• Deploy always-on campaigns across digital, outbound, partnerships, and events
• Ensure maximum market reach and top-of-funnel dominance
• Build a strong, continuous international pipeline aligned with revenue targets
3. Digital & Performance Marketing at Scale
• Lead large-scale digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, industry platforms)
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value international accounts
• Drive marketing automation, funnel optimization, and conversion acceleration
4. Product Marketing & Launch Excellence
• Execute simultaneous multi-geo product launches
• Build sharp, differentiated positioning for rapid market adoption
• Enable sales with high-impact, conversion-focused assets www.envecon.com
5. Brand Visibility & Market Dominance
• Establish strong brand visibility across all targets international markets
• Drive: o High-frequency campaigns o Industry presence (events, webinars, forums) o Content engine for continuous engagement
6. Market Expansion & Channel Leverage
• Accelerate entry into multiple international markets in parallel
• Leverage partners, alliances, and channels for scale
• Drive co-marketing initiatives for faster reach and credibility
7. Team Leadership & Execution Rigor
• Build and lead a high-energy, execution-driven marketing team
• Instill a culture of speed, scale, and accountability
• Manage budgets to maximize reach, impact, and ROI Key Skills & Experience
• 12–18 years in B2B SaaS marketing with international exposure for SAAS products
• Proven track record in building large-scale marketing pipelines for SME Market
• Experience in high growth / aggressive GTM environments
• Exposure to Ports, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Heavy Assets Industries ecosystem preferred Behavioral
Skills
• Strong expertise in demand generation and pipeline marketing
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
• Data-driven with strong focus on funnels, metrics, and ROI
• Strong alignment with sales teams for conversion outcomes KRA
• Marketing-sourced pipeline (target: 3–5X of USD 10M revenue)
• Successfully launch SaaS products (Logstar, Enabill, Centra) across international SME markets
• MQL to SQL conversion rates
• Achieve quick market penetration and measurable outcomes within defined timelines
