Role Description

The General Manager Projects role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee end-to-end management of multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely execution within budget and desired quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project planning, procurement, execution, and completion, as well as liaising with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to align project objectives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues or delays effectively. Additionally, the General Manager will provide leadership to project teams, monitor progress, and implement strategies to optimize logistics and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor activities, with the ability to manage and track project materials and workflows.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, execution, and resource allocation for complex projects.
• Experience in Inspection processes to ensure superior quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate seamless material delivery and equipment handling.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools; ability to analyze progress reports and budgets.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations; engineering or construction-related degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
