We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an International Customer Experience Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to global clients through voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
