We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain Control Tower team at TVS Supply Chain Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor SCM Control Tower operational baselines

• Ensure process adherence and seamless delivery experience for customers

• Publish periodic MIS reports and provide actionable insights

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, warehouses, and carrier partners

• Identify process improvement opportunities through operational deep dives

• Handle first-level escalations for process failures

• Drive ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation / Warehouse Operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• ERP / WMS knowledge will be an added advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
