We are looking for Delivery Manager with around 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.

• Should have worked in any of the leading IT infra services organization.
• Should have experience in Project and program management.
• ITIL process knowledge is Mandatory.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure all infrastructure services (cloud, data centers, networks, and end-user computing) meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with IT leadership, and project teams, clients and to align infrastructure capabilities with business requirements.
• Should be responsible for day to day operations. Conduct regular meetings with team leads and also ensure there are no escalations.
• Regular updates to be provided to leadership team.
• Should have Good Oral and written communication.

Typical Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundation/Expert, or platform-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
