Position: Global Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose

• The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy and plan to target commercial growth globally for Coats Footwear
• Track campaign performance, set KPIs, manage day to day budget of campaign spend and review the ROI to inform

Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Planning‌

• Develop/execute global marketing strategies with the Global Head of Marketing to boost Coats brand awareness and leads.
• Identify industry trends, technological advancements, and ‌market insights‌ (e.g., consumer behavior, competitive landscape) to inform strategy updates.

Product Marketing & GTM‌

• Lead‌ product marketing initiatives, ‌managing‌ the development and execution of ‌GTM (Go-to-Market)‌ strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to ensure successful market entry and adoption.

‌Social media & Email Marketing‌

• Execute social media strategies in authentic “social media language,” delivering cross-channel integrated campaigns.
• Lead creative, media, and content teams to optimize campaign performance, tracking key metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.).

Exhibition & Event Marketing‌

• Plan and execute global exhibition and event strategies to showcase Coats products and innovations.
• Coordinate booth design, interactive experiences, and live demonstrations to engage attendees and generate leads.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event success and alignment with business objectives.

Measurement & Report‌

• Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates) across all marketing campaigns.
• Produce regular performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic adjustments.
• Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and enhance overall marketing ROI.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• At least 5-6 years’ experience in marketing
• Strong project management skills
• Good content creation skills
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Industry
• AI & Video creation skill
