What You’ll Do
To be the best partner for driving lasting change with our clients, BCG invests in, develops, and partners with specialty businesses to deepen our expertise, broaden our capabilities, and support our clients with what they need to win. The most senior leaders in these businesses are Managing Directors (MDs), and we are looking for a talented HR professional to drive the MD Executive Talent function in Asia Pacific.
In this role, you will contribute to the best-in-class Executive Talent services provided to our specialty Managing Directors across AP. You will be partnering with a variety of senior leaders across BCG and Specialty businesses in driving an enhanced value proposition for our MDs. It also requires to design and drive processes and services that contribute to the development of their careers and learning, as well as deliver first class hiring, contracting and compensation services that meet HR Executive Talent standards. Both the rigorous management of the related information (including the most sensitive) and of very diverse stakeholders are key success factors in this role.

As a member of our Global HR team, the MD HR Executive Talent Senior Manager will liaise effectively with the senior leaders of our Specialty Businesses, BCG Centers of Expertise, regional and local HR Ops and Finance counterparts as well as internal lawyers.
This will involve working remotely with team members, stakeholders and counterparts, located in various geographies.
