Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Operations Specialist, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Global Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations and oversee global supply chain activities, ensuring efficient processes and timely deliveries. The individual will be responsible for analyzing operational data, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and liaising with finance, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role also involves enhancing internal operational systems and supporting cross-border logistics and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Global Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and process optimization
- Excellent Communication abilities for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Finance concepts and budgeting processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using operational and financial management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the home decor or design industries is an added advantage
