Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Sourcing Manager, based in Chennai. The Global Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain operations. The role includes market research, supplier performance evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals efficiently and sustainably.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Optimization
• Strong Negotiation, Contract Management, and Market Research skills
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in tools and software related to procurement and supply chain management
• Proven experience in managing global suppliers and conducting international trade
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
