Google & Meta Ads Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Generate quality leads and drive website traffic through paid advertising strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams for campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
- Identify opportunities for campaign growth and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
- Strong understanding of PPC, performance marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
