Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google/Meta Ads Expert based in Indore. The professional will manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, implementing A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with strategic objectives will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
• Expertise in A/B testing, targeting strategies, and performance monitoring for ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance and make informed decisions.
• Experience with budget management and achieving significant ROI through advertising platforms.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, and competitive benchmarking.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, performance tracking software, and reporting tools for insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in performance marketing is highly valuable.
