- Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Designers and Marketing Team to create engaging visual content across various platforms. This is a hands-on internship where you will gain real-world experience, build your portfolio, and learn how a professional design team operates.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Creation: Assist in designing digital and print collateral, including social media graphics, email banners, website assets, and promotional flyers.
Brand Consistency: Help ensure all visual materials align with [Company Name]’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Photo Editing: Retouch, resize, and format images for web and print use.
Brainstorming: Participate in creative meetings, pitching new ideas for upcoming marketing campaigns and product launches.
File Management: Organize and maintain the design team’s asset library and project files.
Production Support: Assist with preparing final files for print or digital publishing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a BA/BFA program in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, Minimum Intermediate
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, CorelDRAW). Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong student portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Soft Skills: * Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to your work.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
