Graphic Designer Associate Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Associate who’s curious, motivated, and comfortable learning by doing. You’ll work with our content and design teams on day-to-day creative needs and get hands-on experience across digital design, branding and marketing assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create clear, high-quality visuals across marketing channels, including WhatsApp, In-app banners etc.
• Own small design tasks end-to-end, from brief to final output
• Adapt designs across formats (resize, reformat, optimize for different platforms)
• Use AI tools to speed up execution and explore new creative directions
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals

What We’re Looking For

• 0-1 year experience or strong design coursework
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Strong basics in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Curious to experiment with new tools, especially AI-led workflows

Nice to have

• Interest in finance, investing, or consumer tech
