Graphic Designer Internship Full Time

Company Description IDMS is a lead generation agency dedicated to helping businesses build predictable systems for attracting qualified leads and converting them into clients. The team creates lead-focused websites, conversion-optimized funnels, and outreach processes across WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. Every strategy and design is crafted to improve conversion and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer Internship role based in Guwahati. The intern will support the design team in creating graphics for web pages, landing pages, social media, and marketing campaigns that align with lead generation goals. Daily tasks include developing visual concepts, designing logos and brand elements, preparing assets for digital funnels, and editing images for various platforms. The intern will collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and high-converting visual communication across all materials. The role also involves iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data to improve engagement and conversions.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, conversion-focused visuals.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identities.
• Proficiency in Image Editing for web and social media assets.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software.
• Portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects) demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or performance-oriented design is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
