The Role

We’re not looking for “designers.”
We’re looking for designers who understand marketing.

This is a high-output role where your creatives directly impact revenue.

You will be creating ads, social media content, and video creatives designed to capture attention and drive conversions.

If your work can stop someone mid-scroll, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-converting creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and digital ads
• Create social media posts, reels, and short-form content
• Edit and produce marketing videos (ads, promos, clips)
• Execute ideas quickly with minimal back-and-forth
• Maintain clean and consistent branding across all platforms

What We Expect

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Understanding of social media trends and ad creatives
• Ability to design quickly and iterate fast
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Job timing will be in PDT (10:00 A.M – 6:00 P.M)
