Responsibilities –

You will take full ownership of the graphic design and social media presence; transform it into a powerful, fast-growing media brand.

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality social media creatives, branding materials, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral
• Design engaging Instagram posts, reels covers, stories, banners, and campaign creatives
• Develop creative concepts aligned with client branding and marketing goals

Multimedia & Video Editing

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, and advertisements
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Add transitions, motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and effects to videos

CGI & Motion Graphics

• Develop CGI-based concepts, motion graphics, and visual effects when required
• Work on advanced creative visuals for campaigns and brand promotions
• Stay updated with global creative and visual trends

Social Media Management

• Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars
• Understand current digital trends, viral content styles, and audience engagement techniques
• Create platform-specific content strategies and creatives

Brand Alignment

• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, colors, typography, and visual identity across all materials
• Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Social Media Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, videos, motion graphics, and social media work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Knowledge of CGI tools, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar software is a plus
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content styles
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and time management skills
