Graphic Designer (Remote – India)
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create branding and visual assets for digital campaigns.
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements.
- Develop infographics, case studies, and recruitment marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams on creative requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Experience creating social media, web, and print designs.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience designing for B2B, staffing, recruitment, or technology companies.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
