Role Description This is an on-site Graphic Designer Trainee internship role based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital platforms, including social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and course-related graphics. Responsibilities include assisting in concept development, translating briefs into visual layouts, refining existing designs, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, preparing files for web and print, and iterating on feedback to improve design quality. The trainee will also have opportunities to learn design best practices, explore new tools, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the Course Connect brand.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in visual design principles with skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Ability to create and adapt visual identities, including Logo Design and Branding.
• Good understanding of Typography and layout for digital and print media.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating creative work, academic projects, or personal design explorations.
• Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media design formats is an advantage.
