Graphic Designer & Video Editor Trainee Full Time NEW

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor & Graphic Designer Trainee to join our growing online coaching team. This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) role where you will work closely with the founder and content team to create high-impact educational and promotional content.

This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with basic skills looking to build a professional portfolio in the Ed-Tech and Social Media space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit long-form YouTube videos (tutorials/lectures) and short-form content (Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts) with transitions, captions, and background music.
• Graphic Design: Create high-CTR YouTube thumbnails, Instagram post creatives, and carousels using Canva or Photoshop.
• Content Repurposing: Extract “hooks” and interesting clips from long lectures to create viral short-form clips.
• Asset Management: Organize raw footage and maintain a library of branding assets (logos, fonts, icons).
• Trend Analysis: Keep up with current social media trends and styles to ensure our content remains fresh.

Requirements (Skills & Tools):

• Software Knowledge: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve) and Canva/Photoshop.
• Communication: Good command of Hindi and English (for adding accurate subtitles).
• Equipment: Must have your own PC/Laptop capable of handling video rendering and a stable internet connection.
• Mindset: Ability to follow creative briefs and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Portfolio: A link to a sample edit or a drive containing your previous work is mandatory.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Internship
• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Pay: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skill level and hours)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, but must be available for weekly sync-up calls.
