The Role :

We are looking for a Graphic Design Tutor who brings real-world industry experience into the classroom. You will guide students through Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools, build hands-on portfolio projects across multiple industries, and help them become job-ready or freelance-ready within 100 days – on our offline campus in Hyderabad.

What You’ll Do

• Teach Photoshop and Illustrator from basics to advanced, following the TAC Suite 100-day curriculum
• Integrate AI tools into design sessions – teach students how to use AI to accelerate and enhance their work, not replace craft
• Guide students through real-world portfolio projects across 10+ industries – FMCG, F&B, Fashion, Real Estate, Healthcare, Tech, Education, and more
• Conduct live design briefs modeled after real client scenarios
• Review student work and give sharp, actionable feedback — professional quality is the standard
• Track student progress and flag learning gaps early
• Build a classroom culture of creativity, discipline, and ambition

What You Must Bring

🛠️ Tools

• Photoshop — Advanced
• Illustrator — Advanced
• Design for both print and digital platforms
• AI Tools — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for design workflows, or any generative AI tool applied to creative work
• Ability to integrate AI into the design process — not replace craft, but accelerate and enhance it

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of professional Graphic Design experience

* Hands-on work across at least 4–5 diverse industries

* Strong portfolio in Brand Identity, Visual Communication, Marketing Collaterals, and Social Media Design

* Deep experience in Branding and Brand Development — logo systems, brand guidelines, visual identity

* Agency or client-facing experience preferred

Teaching & Mindset

* You must genuinely love teaching — if it’s a fallback for you, this is not your role

* Ability to break down complex design concepts into simple, practical examples

* Patient with beginners, uncompromising on output quality

* Comfortable communicating in Telugu and/or Hinglish

* You believe in real skills over theory, portfolio over certificates, industry-readiness over classroom performance

Good to Have

* Exposure to After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

* Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience

* Active personal design portfolio or social presence

* Experience teaching or demonstrating AI-assisted design workflows to beginners
