Role Description

The Growth & Outreach Intern will support initiatives aimed at expanding community engagement and brand presence. Daily tasks include conducting research, engaging with potential partners, managing outreach strategies, assisting with customer service, and fostering relationships within the community. This is a contract role based on-site in Mumbai, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain relationships
• Experience in Research and Community Outreach to identify opportunities and engage with diverse audiences
• Proficient Writing skills to produce clear, impactful communication and documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
• A proactive and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with digital campaigns or creative production processes is a plus
• Education or experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
