Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Engineering role based in Udaipur. The GPR Engineer will plan and execute GPR surveys, including equipment setup, calibration, data acquisition, and basic troubleshooting in the field. The role involves processing and interpreting GPR data to identify subsurface features, preparing clear technical reports, drawings, and survey deliverables, and coordinating findings with geotechnical and geophysical teams. The engineer will support integration of GPR results with other methods such as seismic surveys, ERT, and geological mapping, and will assist in site visits, client meetings, and project documentation as required. The position also includes adherence to safety standards, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with project managers to meet timelines and quality requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and prepare clear technical reports and presentations.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret GPR and geophysical data, correlate results with site conditions, and support problem-solving on complex subsurface investigations.
• Foundational Project Management capabilities to plan survey activities, manage time and resources on-site, and support project documentation and delivery.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering to understand GPR hardware, field equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysics, Geological Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience with GPR systems, geophysical survey tools, or geotechnical investigations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data processing software for GPR and geophysics, as well as basic CAD or GIS tools, is an advantage.
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions, travel to project sites as needed, and follow safety and quality protocols consistently.
