We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale the function across multiple business units.
**What you’ll own:**
– Demand generation and marketing automation
– Customer segmentation and cohort strategy
– Brand architecture across multiple B2B brands
– Specifier and PMC engagement, events, and on-site presence
– Product and technical marketing plus sales enablement
– Team, vendor, and budget ownership
**What we’re looking for:**
– 10–15 years of B2B marketing in industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or OEM sectors
– A proven track record of building or scaling a marketing function — not just optimising an established one
– Hands-on across performance marketing, CRM automation, and analytics
– Ability to turn complex technical products into compelling commercial narratives (technical background a plus)
– MBA in Marketing or Business preferred
