Location: Pune

The Context

We are hiring a Growth Head to take complete ownership of the supply side of our business as we scale from 10 to 100. This is a zero-to-one leadership role with direct impact on national expansion, revenue, and market leadership. You will be responsible for building and scaling supply across multiple cities, unlocking new sourcing channels, and driving execution on the ground. Over time, this role will evolve into owning both supply and demand. You will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth journey.

What You Will Do

• Own and drive the entire supply side of the business with full accountability for growth, revenue, and outcomes.
• Identify, build, and scale new sourcing channels to unlock supply and accelerate business expansion.
• Lead multi-city operations and ensure strong, consistent on-ground execution across markets.
• Build, manage, and scale a large, multi-layered national team.
• Drive market expansion through hands-on involvement and extensive travel.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a high-agency business leader with strong experience in marketplace or supply-driven business models.
• You have successfully scaled a business from 10 to 100 in a startup or high-growth environment.
• You currently hold (or have recently held) a national role, managing a large pan-India portfolio for the last 3–4 years.
• You have owned P&L or driven revenue responsibility in the ₹100–150 Cr+ range.
• You bring a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, distribution networks, and channel-led growth.
• You have hands-on experience in supply onboarding and scaling operations across multiple geographies.
• You have built and managed large teams across multiple layers and functions.
• This is strictly a national leadership role; candidates without recent pan-India ownership will not be considered.
