We’re looking for a Growth Marketer (0–2 years experience) who is excited about building distribution, experimenting with new channels, and scaling early-stage growth.
This is a high ownership role where you’ll work closely with the founding team and directly impact user growth.
What You’ll Do
• Run growth experiments across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, communities, and email
• Create and distribute high-performing content (posts, threads, short-form copy)
• Identify new acquisition channels and test them rapidly
• Manage LinkedIn outreach and community engagement
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for signups and conversions
• Work on launch campaigns, waitlists, and growth loops
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing, or startups
• Strong understanding of social media and internet culture
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Comfortable with experimentation and fast execution
• Bonus: experience with Notion, HubSpot, Apollo, or marketing tools
