We are looking for a smart, execution-focused Growth Marketing Associate who understands digital marketing fundamentals and is eager to work on performance campaigns, marketplace growth, SEO, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
• Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Marketplace Support

• Support Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace activities including listings, content updates, and campaign coordination
• Assist in keyword research, product visibility optimization, and catalog management
• Work with the team on improving product rankings and marketplace performance

SEO & Content Optimization

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website and product content for SEO
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and campaign assets

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign and marketplace performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Excel, etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify insights and growth opportunities through data analysis

CRM & Growth Initiatives

• Support customer engagement campaigns through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or CRM tools
• Help improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Basic understanding of Amazon / Flipkart marketplaces is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
