GROWTH MARKETING ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a hands-on, sharp and proactive growth marketer to support and scale our UK Business Banking business. This isn’t a strategy role — it’s an execution role for someone who moves fast, figures things out independently and gets things done without being asked twice.

You’ll work closely with and support our Senior Marketer, getting stuck into a wide variety of marketing and commercial initiatives — from online acquisition campaigns and partnerships to events and anything else that helps us grow. No two weeks will look the same, and that’s exactly the point.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Senior Marketer across a broad range of initiatives — online channels, partnerships, affiliates, events, CRM and beyond
• Run direct acquisition campaigns across paid social, PPC and email
• Own email and CRM operations end-to-end in Iterable — build sequences, monitor performance and iterate
• Drive cross-sell and retention through targeted lifecycle campaigns
• Build and maintain your own workflows and automations using tools like N8N, Zapier and similar platforms to move faster and work smarter
• Report regularly with clear channel-level ROI and recommended actions
• Use AI tools daily — not just as an add-on, but as a core part of how you work

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, partnerships or affiliates — you did it yourself, not managed others doing it
• Genuine, demonstrable fluency with AI tools is non-negotiable — we want someone who has built their own agents, custom workflows and automations, not just someone who has dabbled
• Proven track record with tools like N8N, Zapier or similar — you know how to build custom, scalable solutions and have done it before
• A track record of commercial results from partner or affiliate channels, ideally with limited budgets
• B2C marketing experience — you know what motivates a UK consumer to act
• Hands-on with email/CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io or similar)
• Comfortable across the full stack: deals, copy, campaigns, data — all in the same week
• Above all — a go-getter. Someone proactive, sharp, curious and resourceful who doesn’t wait to be told what to do and finds a way where others see a wall
